Meet Michele Robinson -
Open Mindfare Coach & Owner

I have been meditating and practicing mindfulness for 50 years. I began meditating as a child. My mother was ahead of her time. Throughout my upbringing, my family studied eastern philosophies, meditation, yoga, and alternative methods of healing all grounded in a foundation of mindfulness.

During periods of my life I floated out of a consistent practice. It wouldn’t take long before I would grow weary of being kicked around by the inevitable stressors in life. Work stress, illness, divorce, tragedy, all of the above sent me running back to the lessons of my upbringing and the foundation laid for me as a child. It is in those teachings that I find peace, well-being, and even joy.

 

I maintain a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, am a certified life and mindfulness coach with certifications in mindfulness and stress reduction. My career in education has spanned 30 years. As a teacher and school/district leader I have honed the ability to guide people to find their inner strength and purpose while maintaining a sense of peace and overall well-being.
