WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

We are bombarded by information. Distractions rule our offices, homes, and classrooms. While we move quickly through a maze of stimulation overload, our brains are straining to keep up. Our brains are powerful machines crunching staggering numbers of data throughout our busy days. The truth is we are not built as supercomputers.

 

Peaceful practices of the mind are two-fold. They awaken awareness of self, our environment, and our relationship to others. They hone our focus allowing us to develop strength in single-tasking, easing the overload on our brains creating the space for calm, peace, and creativity.

 

I provide tools and strategies for calming the mind, easing stress, and enhancing the wellbeing of each client.
